Management Information Analyst Job in Christchurch

Our client based in Funtington area is well established and employee focused. They are recruiting for a Management Information Analyst to work at their site in either Christchurch or Funtington (Chichester). The successful Management Information Analyst will be someone who is an advanced user of Excel and who can apply expert analysis and commentary to management information. The Management Information Analyst requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to define problems, collect data and establish facts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Planning and scheduling coaching sessions, meetings, training, and any special events based on business requirements

* Assisting with review of management Information to investigate and analyse any anomalies

* Supporting the preparation of client MI on a weekly and monthly basis

* Producing Intraday reporting throughout the day, providing data on the actual versus forecasted workload, service levels, call arrival patterns, real-time schedule adherence and shrinkage

Skills and Experience:

* Ability to tackle challenges with positive attitude

* Develop creative solutions

* Good interpersonal and organisational skills

* Experience in resource planning and data analysis

* The ability to review, analyse and present data in a straightforward and easy to understand manner

Salary and Benefits:

* A salary of circa £28,000 per annum

* Working Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
