Job Description
Leading property management company, who deliver high quality estate management, maintenance and related services to clients nationwide are in urgent need of a Management Accountants to join their growing successful finance team based in the heart of Southend
These opportunities would suit someone who is looking to take their first step from practice as well as someone who has experience within the commercial sector.
Main duties include
Ensure timely and accurate production of monthly Management Accounts and Management information for Group Companies
Preparation of quarterly VAT Returns
Bank Reconciliations
Bank transfers
Journal posting including payroll
Review and credit control debtors
Authorise corporate sales invoices
Year End procedures
Assisting the CFO to prepare budgets and cashflow forecasting
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or qualified by experience
