Job Description
I am currently looking for a Finance Assistant to work on a permanent basis based in Swinton, Manchester.
The duties will entail:
▪ Matching of invoices to orders and delivery notes;
▪ Coding and posting purchase invoices;
▪ Monthly supplier statement reconciliations, chase up missing invoices, allocate payments etc;
▪ Liaise with suppliers;
▪ Deal with supplier queries
▪ Company post and banking if required
▪ Summarise and collate weekly hours for payroll
▪ Review and summarise weekly staff expenses as appropriate
▪ Assist with month end close off procedures
Reporting & Other:
▪ Assist with collating information on finance projects and year-end audit
▪ Report to the Finance Team Leader
▪ Candidate to have a positive attitude to developing their skills, personable and have the ability to work in a small team
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
Duration is permanent.
