This is a great opportunity to join an established business as their growth continues to gather momentum.
Key duties of Junior Customer Service Coordinator:
• Initial point of contact with all incoming calls from customers, brokers, agents, and suppliers/third parties in relation to queries involving live agreements.
• Actioning request based off the customer needs – Settlement request, general enquiries.
• Direct support for other administration teams within the company when required.
The successful Junior Customer Service Coordinator:
• Comfortable speaking to customers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable challenging the how, what, and why or asking questions when you don’t understand.
• Passionate about customer service and administration.
• A positive “Can do” attitude.
