About the Job:

You will join the team here at Unipart in Cowley to work on our contract with Selco. You will be responsible for the collection, consolidation, presentation and accuracy of all operational statistical data and management information from a variety of contract operating systems and information sources.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports and information
Prepare accurate and detailed PowerPoint presentations to support periodic customer reviews and project based presentations
Undertake deep data analysis to understand and interpret trends and throughputs in productivity, inventory, and overall operational efficiency
Maintain a series of databases to retain long term sources of accurate data
Become the contract subject matter expert in KPIs, management reporting, business information, and reporting systems and tools

About You:

We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!

Because this is a very analytical and KPI driven role, we’d like you to have an A level or equivalent level of education including Maths and English at GCSE
You’ll enjoy working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple queries and processes at the same time, and thrive on the pressure this can sometimes bring – you’re target and results driven
With great written and spoken communications you must be confident and skilled in pulling together presentations that bring meaning to data
Team player with good people skills
With a proactive, flexible approach and attitude we’re looking for you to be a critical thinker and a problem solver
Having a good eye for detail we’d like you to help us challenge the ‘status-quo’ – making continual improvements to our processes and ways of working
With data analysis experience, you’ll be an advanced user of Excel and / or Google Sheets

Location: Cowley
Hours: 40 hours per week, 06:00 to 14:00 Monday to Friday
Contract type: Full time
Salary: £25,000 plus
