Investment Executive – Micro Loans – North Wales
Hybrid working option, enabling you to combine working from home and in our offices in Wrexham and / or Llandudno
£30,000 – £35,000
Our client is looking for two investment executives with big ideas to join their micro loans team to source and appraise investment proposals, most of which will be unsecured, so you will understand cashflow assumptions and assess the risks.
Working to agreed targets, you will be able to deliver results and demonstrate key negotiation and networking skills, as you develop strong working relationships with business introducers and intermediaries. With a meticulous approach to work, you will prepare detailed investment reports, ensuring best practice and compliance within all investment activities at all times. You will contribute to the operation of the Development Bank as a professional fund management company and provider of risk capital to start-up and existing businesses, and will operate under delegated authority limits and Investment Operational Guidelines in a regulated environment.
You don’t have to have years of experience in investing or lending; you don’t need to know their world inside out. You will have financial analysis experience and demonstrate an understanding of risk assessment and investment processes. They’re on the lookout for someone who’s a strong communicator, confident in making decisions, with superb attention to detail.
