Job Description
Berry Recruitment are in the market for Insurance Brokers to join a reputable Insurance provider based in Bromley, Kent.

The positions available will be within the Travel and Commercial insurance sectors providing broking and technical support, fielding calls from new and existing clients. Negotiating renewals, negotiating terms on behalf of customers with underwriters.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm – Office based in Bromley

Salary £25k – £30k (DOE)

Knowledge required:

– Rounded knowledge of the insurance industry

– FCA regulations for dealing with consumers

– Range of Personal Lines offered by the company and the handling process

– Date Protection Act

– IT literate

Skills Required:
– Excellent written and communication skills,
– Ability to make professional presentations for existing and potential customers
– Ability to identify and match the products available with customer's requirements
– Ability to identify and respond appropriately to an individual customer's level of understanding
– A responsible attitude toward the handling of information, including the ability to collect, analyse and summarise information
– Ability to handle situations and problems with innovation and creativity
