Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group are exclusively working with an international engineering organisation based in Camberley to recruit for a Head of Finance.
 
The Head of Finance will provide financial advice and support to the Management Team in UK and the Divisional Management Team via the specific activities of FP&A, Full P&L, balance sheet and year-end closing responsibilities. Ensure smart forecasting and planning process as well as month end close.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for UK Finance team, consisting of Accounting & Controlling functions;
Key liaison with Group for treasury, tax, accounting;
Manage and improve cash flow (focus on Working Capital);
Manage transfer pricing for the UK entities and liaison with division, group, and other companies;
Compliance, calculation and payment of UK taxes including Corporation, VAT, and PAYE;
Key contact for External Auditors as appointed by Group;
P&L responsibility (cost/margin management);
Adherence and delivery of Group and UK Statutory audits;
Production and filing of UK statutory accounts;
Present monthly financial reporting at monthly UK management meetings as well as to division controlling;
Assist in review and then implementation of new ERP system.
What we are looking for 

We are looking for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant who can demonstrate strong leadership capability and has proven experience in financial planning and analysis and commercial business partnering. Experience working in an international environment is desirable.
