Job Description
JR are looking to find a talented Interim Fund Product Manager to cover maternity leave at a fantastic and rapidly expanding East Midlands based Fund Services company. Joining at a really exciting time for the business, as they merge with a global player, you will be instrumental in delivering all business change and project activity and driving the Company’s growth, including planning and controlling change in regards to expansion activities.
Working with the Board to formalise a Business Development strategy for the business and promoting business growth, you will have previously worked as part of the Senior Leadership team within a similar Fund Management organisation.
As subject matter expert, you will lead on new product launches and oversight with a solutions focused approach. Using key compliance and regulatory knowledge, you will be confident decision maker with the ability to build both internal and external buy in.
You will communicate effectively to the Board and key stakeholders regarding the risk profile of the business; through presentations, updates, reports and oversee company and employee activity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organisations outcomes are met.
You will oversee and manage existing ACD client accounts and relationships ensuring continuity of service and client satisfaction through regular meeting. Developing internal oversight/ approval process relating to client transitions and existing client change, you will manage existing client change requests and review and approval of project plans and timelines ahead of implementation.
This is an extremely broad and pivotal role for the business, with critical elements focusing on fund product knowledge and relevant compliance.
You will be someone who communicates to the highest level with ease, excellent project management skills and able to build relationships both internally and externally. As a Manager, you will drive your team forward to perform at the highest standards.
Full time but part time considered.
Hybrid working model in place.
