Job Description
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Franchisee Accounts Representative to join a successful team based in Kettering.
Processing and administration are the main parts of the role, ensuring accuracy of payment collections and other payment activities. Whilst providing support to a regional support team and maintaining excellent customer care within agreed service levels.
The main duties of the role will include –
Receiving incoming calls and queries from customers
Support a region in an administrative and accounts capacity
Expedite general journal postings
Process paperwork relating to all aspects of statements
Responding to customer requests and queries via telephone and email
Filing / ArchivingThe ideal candidate will be educated up to GCSE level or equivalent with 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above including Mathematics. Have an interest in numbers, good attention to detail and is an effective communicator both written and oral.
