Location; Leeds

Salary; £21,000 to £22,000 + Commission (OTE £25k)

What your day may look like as an Financial Specialist?

* Initiating contact with customers that have been sent over by the Equity Release advisors

* As the sole point of contact from beginning to end you will be responsible for supporting your customer in the creation of, administration of and registration of Lasting Power of Attorneys.

* Multi-Skilled you will have the ability to identify a customer’s broader needs and will be able to successfully introduce alternative products that add additional value for your customer.

* Adherence to best practice standards you will ensure that customers receive the information required accurately and on time at all times.

* High attention to detail

* A mixture of telephony work and admin duties

* Other ad-hoc duties as an LPA Specialist, when required by the business.

What do we require from you as a Financail Specialist?

* Experience of working towards and achieving KPI’s.

* Ability to empathise and build rapport with customers.

* Driven and motivated with excellent communication skills.

* Experience in a customer services environment.

* High level of attention to detail with ability to work across a varied workload accurately at all times.

* Strong I.T skills.

* Previous experience within a fast-paced environment
