As part of a large, lively team based in centrally located modern offices and enjoying flexible working you will:

Responsibilities

* Deliver financial reporting and advisory projects to clients a small number of clients at any one time.

* Manage, mentor and develop the team, from planning and budgeting to one-2-one training and development.

* Undertake complex technical accounting requirements, alongside reviewing your teams input.

* Advise clients, who range from large limited companies to multi-nationals on process, systems and reporting improvements.

Requirements

* It is essential that you can think outside of the box and apply the technical and reviewing skills you acquired within an audit role to a accounting and advisory role.

* You will have an agile approach to work and be seeking a role where you can develop, in a growth sector without getting bored.

* Mentoring and developing staff who are learning and studying is a key part of this role, to support the growth of the team.

* Effective communication and time management skills are required, as whilst busy this team work where ever possible within their standard 37 hour week.
