To £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Company
A market leader in their field this PE backed FMCG business is set to continue their growth trajectory. Having restructured their finance function is looking to recruit a new FP&A team. They are a forward-thinking business, and this role can be based remotely with an expectation of only a few days a month in the office.

The Role
Working directly with the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for providing analysis and insight to senior management to enable the business to make well informed commercial & strategic decisions. Key responsibilities will include:

Provide real added value insight and interpretation of performance outcomes and potential risks and opportunities
Modelling, reporting, decision support and insight to support performance and delivery of in year plans
Manage the forecasting processes and co-ordinating results with the business and group finance
Undertake investment appraisals, reviewing and challenging cases for capital spend
Identify trends, opportunities and risks to annual performance, working to develop improvement plans and mitigate risks
Ensure that the appropriate levels of controls exist to prevent inaccurate reporting of resultsThe Person
You will be an ACA, ACCA or ACMA qualified accountant with proven commercial finance experience, or be looking to make their first/second move from practice. You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of taking the lead in diagnosing and addressing business issues through extensive business partnering. Above all you must demonstrate strong influencing skills both at senior and front-line operations level to enable you to credibly advise, guide and constructively challenge when required.
