Financial Controller
Salary:£55,000 – £65,000

Location: Hull
Are you a qualified Financial Controller with experience of managing a dedicated finance team? I am recruiting a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate for a major client in Hull seeking a Financial Controller to take the lead on all aspects of the financial control and reporting for the company.
THE ROLE:
The Financial Controller role is a key role within the finance department and will lead all aspects of financial control and reporting for the company
Managing a team of 4-5 accounting staff the Financial Controller is responsible for implementing and maintaining a strong financial control framework, ensuring compliance with both internal and external requirements.
The individual will be proactive in staying current on accounting standards and tax regulation.
To succeed the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop key relationships within the department, the business and the wider group.
THE CANDIDATE:
An ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified finance professional you will ideally have 5-8 years PQE and with demonstrable experience of managing and working within a strong financial control environment
You are highly self-motivated with high personal integrity and professionalism looking to join a forward-thinking manufacturing facility with a commitment to excellence and innovation
The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator at all levels both inside and outside the organisation
