Job Description
Financial Controller required for our client to work alongside the Directors within the business. The Financial Controller will organise all of the day-to-day financial running, with tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, management of accounts payable and receivables, producing monthly and annual management accounts, creating and tracking progress on P&L forecasts, job costings and budgets and more. The role will also include an element of office and administration management.

Financial Controller Position Overview

Managing accounts payable including data entry
Managing accounts receivable
Liaising with team members to discuss progress on job costings
Creating budgets and forecasts
Payroll
Submit PAYE and VAT to HMRC
Bookkeeping on Xero
Debt control within credit terms
Year-end accounts preparation
Office and team management

Financial Controller Position Requirements

Previous experience in a Finance Controller position
Ideally have conducted this in an engineering company but this isn't a necessity

Financial Controller Position Remuneration

£30,000 – £45,000 DOE
Option to work from home (up to two days per week)
