Job Description
Finance Operations Manager  – PE backed IT Business

We are recruiting on behalf of an award winning, fast growing, leading IT Services business, based in Central London.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting into the Head of Finance Operations, the successful candidate will manage the delivery of high quality and value-added services externally to clients and internally to the wider business from the operational finance team, facilitating the provision of accurate and efficient financial transaction processing services across both AP and AR functions. Working with key stakeholders to ensure due diligence and manage the internal control framework. 

What we need you to bring to the business:

The ability to lead the operational finance team and ensure they are developed and motivated to deliver,

Ability to manage the AP & AR functions taking control of all end to end processes

Monitor all expenditure for compliance to the Groups Expense Policy and escalate non-compliance

Accurate management of all banking and invoicing functions

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) or Qualified by experience

Hands-on approach.

People management experience and able to train, develop and motivate more junior members of the team

Strong Excel skills with ability to process and summarise large volumes of data

A continuous improvement mindset and proven ability to challenge the current processes and

implement improvements

Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
