Job Description
We are delighted to be working closely with a successful and forward-thinking business in Oxford, who are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their team.
The Finance Manager will be reporting to the Finance Director; therefore you must be prepared to work independently.
This is a hybrid working role, with the ability to work from up to 3 days per week. Our client’s working week is 37.5 hours, however hours can be relatively flexible.
Responsibilities include:

Oversight of customer invoices
Credit Control for overdue customer invoices
Posting all financial transactions on Sage 50
Ensuring that bookkeeping is up to date and accurate
Assisting Finance Director in the preparation of accounting reports
Maintaining ongoing internal relationships with Operations Management, Sales Administration, Invoicing/Customer Services and HR/Office ManagerWe are ideally looking for an individual who has a proven Finance background, booking experience and knowledge of Sage 50 / QuickBooks.
Accountancy qualifications are not essential, however may be beneficial.
