Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Finance Manager, to join a high growth, fast paced business in Basingstoke, Hampshire.  Reporting to the Director, you will be managing a team of Accountants, ensuring the work is completed to a high standard and to tight deadlines.

What will the role involve?

Reviewing monthly and quarterly external reporting packs and consolidated accounts;
Reviewing audited and unaudited annual accounts;
Recruit, retain and develop members of your team;
Project work to drive positive change and improvements to policies and procedures.
Suitable Candidate:

ACA/ ACCA qualified Accountant;
Hands on experience delivering high quality external reporting;
Ability to operate in a client facing environment and build strong relationships;
Experience of leading and managing a team.
