Finance Business Partner/ Finance Manager

£55- 65k + car allowance

Castle Donington (with hybrid working set up)

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner/Finance Manager for a logistics business based in Castle Donington . As the Finance Manager you will report into Senior Finance Manager and take the lead on key business decisions, shaping budgets,managing costs and making sure statistics and data is accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finance Business Partner to the team
• Produce Monthly Management Accounting and Reporting in an accurate and timely manner and presenting to the leadership team
• Providing insightful business analysis and advice to improve commercial decision making
• Producing investment appraisals on products and pricing
• Leading delivery of the three-year plan, annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts
• Directly responsible for management of month end operating costs, which include posting of journals, investigating and reconciling costs
• Monitor financial performance of major business contracts
• Evaluate investment and acquisition opportunities
• Provide financial and analytical support to key business decision making

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with previous experience of working in a senior finance role either as Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner. You will have demonstrable commercial skills and business acumen, as well as strong excel skills. You will have excellent communication and stake holder management skills with the ability to influence and manage relationships internally, externally and with the wider group.
