Job Description
NXTGEN Recruitment have a fantastic position for a Finance Business Partner to join and ever-expanding finance function and one that offers ample opportunity for you to progress and develop. This is a perfect role for those people who enjoy getting stuck into the technical side of management accounts but also for those who can show an inquisitive mind, in understanding where and why the numbers have been produced and then presenting to the senior management team. As a finance business partner, you will take full leadership in the review of management accounts and the performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost saving and increased productivity. In addition to this you will be working closely with the senior management team to help influence and advise on key business decision.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of month end management reports
Prepare budgets and forecasts for relevant business units
Provide insight on financial performance vs plan
Provide commercial analyst to operational team
Present performance to SLT
Assist and support year end audit
The successful candidate will ideally be a (ACCA/CIMA ACA Qualified) with prior experience gained in a fast paced Manufacturing environment as well as having experience in Management Accounts or Finance Business Partnering roles. You will be able to communicate effectively with senior leadership team. You will be confident analysing large volumes of data and will be comfortable using financial models. If you are close to becoming fully qualified this role will also be suitable for you
