Specialists in the design and installation of mechanical and electrical installations within luxury high rise buildings in London is looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their Finance Team!

This company is looking for a hard‐working and enthusiastic individual to join their small and friendly team. This is a great opportunity to progress your finance career with a successful company.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

Uploading invoices to Amtech and Xero
Monthly and end year accounts
Credit control
Supplier statement reconciliations
Timesheets and expenses
Preparation of financial reports
Assist with VAT return
Offering office supplies
General book keeping
Bank reconciliations

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Previous Finance Assistant experience
Hard working and confident
Excel skills
High attention to detail
Self motivated
AAT qualification
Experience in similar role
Work well as a team and individually
Able to handle high volume of data processing
