Job Description
Accept Recruitment are excited to be searching for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a well established, award winning training provide based in Binley Woods, Coventry.

The position is permanent with flexible hours of 7 1/2 per day, Monday to Friday (office based) and the salary on offer is £26,000 depending on experience.

As the Finance Assistant, you will report into the Head of Finance and work alongside 1 other person.

Responsibilities & duties:

* All aspects of purchase ledger including processing invoices, raising queries with colleagues &/or suppliers

* All aspects of sales ledger including raising invoices, answering customer queries & the sending of statements

* Monthly reconciliation of Paypal & Stripe (card processing) accounts

* Company credit card administration

* Check, process & submit expenses

* Assist with month-end & year-end processes

* Any reasonable ad hoc duties as required

Experience & background:

In order to be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:

* Accuracy & attention to detail

* Strong work experience within a busy finance department

* Highly organized with an ability to prioritise workload to support the business requirements

* Experience with Xero / Sage 50 Accounts, Excel & Microsoft Office

* Hold an AAT or other relevant qualification
