Job Description
Title: Finance Assistant / Accounts Admin

Salary:£21,000

OVERVIEW:
A successful company in a scenic location is seeking a full time Accounts Admin / Assistant to provide additional support to the team. Applicants will be required to have some accountancy and administration experience including processing ledger invoices, banking, reconciliations cashiering duties and all related admin. Some training will be provided and the client is open to applications from graduates who wish to gain practical experience. This permanent opportunity requires strong communication skills, enthusiasm and a professional work attitude.

THE ROLE
Permanent vacancy, full time hours, office based.
To assist the accounts department processing purchase and sales ledger invoices, reconciliations, undertake banking and cashier duties.
Identify and solve accounts and office related queries.
Assist with accounts administration, scanning, filing documents.
Some accounts knowledge is required, but training is also available.

THE CANDIDATE
Knowledge of accounts support duties esp. ledgers, reconciliations, banking.
Wiling to learn new skills / duties and develop accounts experience.
Possess high levels of accuracy and a professional work attitude.
Be organised, reliable, pro active and show a willingness to assist others.
Strong, confident communicator, good standard of IT literacy.
