Job Description
Simpson Judge Ltd are supporting a global business based in Gloucester who are looking a senior finance administrator who is immediately available to join the company for 8 weeks.
You will report into the FC and assist with the following duties:
Goods receipting of delivery tickets (Plant, depot, agency timesheets)
Invoice query responses
Responsibility for responding to queries in the Finance Admin mailbox
Expense Processing
Cross check expense claim values and tax recovery
Process expenses on SAP for payment
To carry out any other reasonable task as required
Requirements:
1 year SAP experience
immediately available
Experience working in office team environment
Computer literate and able to understand new softwares
Strong communicator, able to partner with senior staff
