Job Description
JOB TITLE: Finance Administrator
LOCATION: Milton Keynes -Office Based
SALARY: £25,000 – £27,000
HOURS: Mon-Friday 09:00am-5:00pm
BENEFITS: Free parking on site.
Milton Keynes based manufacturing company are looking for an experienced administrator to join their finance team.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Ownership of all aspects of the financial reporting and achieved on a timely basis.
Monthly reconciliation
Stock management
Inventory control
Revenue reconciliation
Customer relationship management
General office administration duties
Invoicing and order processing.
Weekly/Monthly invoicing – advance payments, consumption, overspends
Monthly spending reports and reconciliations
Setting up/closing contracts in SAP
Handle travel and accommodation requests
Support and assist Finance Business Partner in any ad-hoc tasks/projects
Skills / Experience:
Excellent excel knowledge.
Experience of using SAP.
Access to a car and have a driving licence.
High level of attention to detail
Proactive approach to work
