Exceptional opportunity for an organised and passionate Events & Marketing professional with a passion for promoting fantastic products.

Suitable applicants will be experienced people managers who have organised and run exciting and fun events. You will be responsible for a national demonstrator programme comprising over 250+ demonstration staff!

Events & Marketing Team Leader – About The Role

You will lead the dedicated in-house events team. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Managers to ensure all events and exhibitions are well planned, and professionally executed.

* On-going assessment, management, direction and development of Demonstrator Team in conjunction with Marketing Management. Includes recruitment activities, system administration, payroll, and communications.

* Line management of the Events Co-ordinator and providing back up support as appropriate.

* Managing Demonstrator Team attendance at events including travel, expenses, and payments.

* Responsibility for the annual marketing events calendar.

* Ownership of event planning, preparation, execution and post event analysis.

* Ownership of individual event budgets, invoicing, and financial management.

* Assisting with the running of live events, including troubleshooting on the day of the event and post-event follow up, evaluation and analysis.

The successful Events & Marketing Team Leader will have:

* A solid career history in event management/exhibitions/trade shows.

* Excellent organisational skills.

* Strong people management skills.

* Attention to detail, excellent time management, with flexible approach to their work.

* You’ll have excellent problem solving and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment which involves working with a range of different people and departments.
