Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join my client's well-established business based on the outskirts of West Malling.

Duties will include:

Processing, preparing and recording investment transactions
Monitoring incoming investment instructions
Dealing with internal queries and tasks
Reconciliation of control and suspense accounts
Allocating bank receipts
Preparation of tax refund claims to HMRC
General administration tasks when requiredSuccessful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, be able to use their own initiative and have excellent attention to detail.
