Job Description
We are on the lookout for Deal Executives who are looking to build a long-term career within Mergers & Acquisitions. You will be well rewarded with a starting salary of up to £25,000, with an uncapped commission structure that should see on target earnings exceed £40,000 and a host of company benefits.
 
Our client is an award-winning Sales Advisor and are the UK’s most prolific dealmaker within the Mergers & Acquisition space. This is an opportunity for Deal Executives to join a legitimate industry heavyweight and forge a long-term career in a corporate environment.
 
The role would see you managing a portfolio of clients who are looking to sell their business or gain external investment. You would be required to undertake thorough research on each client with a view to approaching potential acquirers/investors with a bespoke opportunity, ultimately managing the sales and negotiation process.
 
Duties for the Deal Executive

Managing a portfolio of clients
Regular communication with clients and potential acquirers
Negotiating offers and complex deals
Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
Researching and identifying potential acquirers
Building relationships with clients, trade acquirers, private equity investors and other professional advisers Skills required for the Deal Executive

Comfortable working to and surpassing sales targets
A degree in a business, management, administration, or finance related subjects is desirable
Financial services and/ or an understanding of business and finance.
Customer service, long-term relationship building.
