Job Description

Our client is looking for a number of experienced customer service advisers to join their team in South Bradford. Being a building society, they don't have shareholders, they have members – who are at the centre of everything they do. Our client's main focus is helping members manage their finances and providing support during life changes like buying a home, saving for retirement or even just saving for a holiday!

What Will You Be Doing?
– You'll provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries via multiple channels (training will be provided).
– Handling incoming calls with full ownership, being efficient and compliant with GDPR and other regulation.
– Work flexibly across different teams, looking to improve and develop these areas.
– You'll promote the client's digital channels to customers, helping customers meet their own individual needs.
Who Are We Looking For?
You'll be an ideal candidate if you:
– Have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service via telephone and email
– Have great communication skills, being able to listen actively to customers individual requirements
– Show attentiveness and great attention to detail
– Are able to work flexibly across a number of teams
– Love solving problems
– Have good digital knowledge, being comfortable using Microsoft Office and similar IT packages
