Customer Service Insurance Advisor

Croydon

£21,000 – £24,000 (basic + bonus)

Multiple vacancies – No experience required – full training provided

My well-established client is looking for multiple Customer service consultants to join their ever-growing team. If you are enthusiastic, results driven, a motivated individual striving for a career, not just a job, then come and apply!

We welcome applications from those with retail, hospitality and other customer facing backgrounds and will even consider candidates with no experience at all.

The role also provides a large amount of training when you join and promotes internal development across the team and company. The office is in central Croydon close to many shops and cafes.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide broking and administrative services to customers both over the phone and via digital channels

* Providing advice and information to customers in regard to insurance products

* Answer both inbound and outbound customer calls

* Meet performance metrics as required by the business

* Build positive relationships with customers and Insurers and external stakeholders as required

* Take personal responsibility for own development and ensuring knowledge and expertise is kept up to date

* Meet all requirements to protect against financial crime and actively minimise debt exposure

Qualifications & Experience:

* Experience within a customer orientated environment ideally

* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and tools

* Friendly and confident personality

* A “Can do attitude”
