Customer Service Executive
£21,547 + Monthly Bonus up to £500

My client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their insurance team on a full-time basis. They are an award-winning organisation with continuing success and growth. The Role:
* Providing excellent customer service via telephone as well as email
* Building rapport quickly with customers
* Talking confidently and passionately about products and services
* Dealing with various queries in a timely and professional manner
Key Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience
* Passionate about going above and beyond
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
* A great team player with strong communication skills
* Having a positive and proactive approach
