The role:
You will need to provide excellent customer service and administration for all internal and external customers.
* Record all relevant data on their CRM system
* To deal with enquiries and queries via email and telephone
* Must be flexible
* Excellent telephone manner
* Be able to work compliantly
Experience:
* Customer Service (preferably within a call centre environment)
* An understanding of FCA regulations ( is an advantage)
* Great administrative skills
* Able to work under pressure
* Must be able to plan and organise
* IT literate with good numerical skills
You will be working a 37.5 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern
including some evenings upto 8pm, some weekends will be required and bank holidays
In return you will receive a competative basic salary plus a performance related bonus
