Responsibilities:

Ownership of individual performance and personal development.
Managing appointments for the Sales Advisors.
Demonstrate that customers are at the forefront of all decisions through following the correct departmental procedures outlined in the departments policies resulting in a good customer outcome.
Delivering all forms of communication in a professional and fair manner.
Deliver excellent customer service through attention to detail and quick problem solving.
Handling complaints in line with the company's policies and procedures.
Desired Experience and skills

Experience in a similar role within a financial service regulated lending environment.
Good organisational and time management skills
Excellent customer service.
Ability to positively contribute to a team.
Self-motivated and use own initiative to achieve individual targets.
An ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively.
Good questioning and investigative techniques.

Strong computer literacy including working experience in Microsoft Office
