Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a positive and passionate individual looking for a customer service role with a financial services organisation. Full training on product but you will need a good telephone manner and enjoy speaking to customers on the phone. You will be working in a customer service team that value their clients highly.

Full time role, hours are 8:30am to 5pm with 45 mins for lunch and every other Friday off!
23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities will include:

First point of contact, taking a large volume of calls (40 to 70 per day) from customers
Liaising with clients, financial advisers and third parties to process and administer instructions and enquiries
Responding to requests for information in a professional manner via letter and email
Providing administrative support for customers and field force
Working as part of a team
Customer Service Advisor skills and experience required:

Previous experience within a customer service environment either in an office or retail/hospitality setting
Excellent telephone manner
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise to meet business deadlines
Good computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Full training provided, you just need to like speaking to customers on the phone
