Customer Service Advisor – Fraud Team Job in Milton Keynes

Job Description
Interaction Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a dynamic and exciting well-established business and recognisable name based in Milton Keynes.

Role

You will be investigating potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system. Analysing several aspects of account history, to include payment and transaction history. Contacting customers and merchants to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges. Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation.

You will need to be fully flexible Monday – Sunday between 8am & 8pm.

Working 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern.

£10.14 Per Hour / £21,091 Per Annum
