Job Description
Customer Credit Control Advisor   

Hybrid Working

3 days home based – Tuesday Wednesday 2 days Office based in Wetherby.

Permanent 

Manufacturers Existing Ledger.

The role is 35 hours per week (08.30 – 16.45 Mon to Fri) 

£24,300 plus bonus incentive for up to an additional £4k a year.

You will be working closely with the Credit Control Team to deliver a high level of service and assist the growth of the business and of course financial collection.

Managing the ledger for this impressive manufacturer, they are looking for someone that has a good background on credit control, or an outbound customer service or sales role and you can work independently, happy to work from home 3 days a week.

Great credit management role to make your own and maintain the customer relationships. This is not a high-pressured role.

The company offer a full training structure to manage and develop their existing customer accounts offering support and payment assistance if they are struggling financially.

You will need to have at least 2 years inbound or outbound customer service or credit control/debt management experience. If you have had sales experience and no longer wish to stay in sales this could be a really good role for you.

They are an super company and offer a great salary, additional bonus incentive, the customers you will be speaking with daily will become familiar with you, you will build a rapport with them and give ongoing support with the customers if from time to time, they are struggling to settle their monthly bill on their accounts, they need stock to continue their businesses and you are there to then make any suggestions for payment plans for them. You will look at credit applications for them and issue any credit onto their accounts agreed by your finance team.

This is a great customer focused credit control role working with customers that you will build a rapport with and managed a portfolio of customer accounts.

This is driven by relationship building so it’s not a debt management role, but you will be taking customer payments and managing finance options if they need it.

Full training is given brilliant work offerings for 3 days home working and just 2 days in their lovely offices in Wetherby.

Customer service is essential for this role as these are ongoing B2B key customer accounts you will be managing. These UK based customers place volume monthly orders with the business.
