Job Description
An exciting Credit Controller vacancy has recently become available at a successful IT/Tech business based in South Manchester. The business has seen excellent growth due to many profitable acquisitions and are looking for experienced Credit Controller to join their growing function

As the Credit Controller, you will be working within the wider finance function and will be responsible for key Credit Control and billing duties as well as assisting with cash management for the business

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Credit Control activities for applicable entities

Support application of the credit risk management policy

Monitor customer payments against their credit terms

Support customer credit reviews

Responsible for maintaining and updating elements of the system – e.g. customer master data, contracts

Processing invoices, credit notes, cash application of payments accurately

Approval of intercompany invoices

Calculation of bad debt provision

Ensuring timely operational KPI's are established and met

Provide regular reporting on aged debt and cash collection

Key skills/experience required:

Knowledge of cash management and credit control is essential

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Organised, adaptable and ability to prioritise

Solid team working skills

Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages

Knowledge of finance software such as SAGE & Oracle
