Job Description
Think Accountancy and Finance are partnered with a business in Watford in the recruitment of a Credit Control Administrator.
The role will be based at their head office full time and will be part of a well established finance team.
Your role within the team will be support the finance function and duties will include:
Raising invoices and credit notes
Dealing with client queries
Allocating payments
Assist with reconciling & controlling balance sheet like debtors and
Creditors
Chasing clients for remittances
Running customer statements
Provide supporting documentation for audits
Cover Credit Control duties when required
Credit Card management
Account Management
Taking payments over the phone
Accounts Payable
Posting ExpensesOur client is looking for someone who has strong Excel skills as much of the work will be on databases. Some experience of Credit Control would be advantageous but this role will suit someone who is able to work in a high pace environment with an ability to manage multiple tasks at once. You will support a Credit Controller and cover for them in their absence.
Our client is keen to see candidates who are studying their AAT with relevant practical experience.
You will be a self starter and able to manage a variety of tasks.
