Job Description
Global Highland are working with a respected client who are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Controller on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
* Communicating courteously with customers both by telephone and email
* Continually monitor debtor accounts, identifying & chasing all overdue invoices
* Update customer accounts with the appropriate notes after each communication
* Continually monitor budget accounts to ensure they are paying an appropriate amount in order to reconcile them at our budget account year end
* Update customer accounts with the appropriate notes after each communication
* Post monthly statement and reminders
* Arrange cash uplifts and process card payment from customers
* Ensure any accounts that are of concern are brought to management attention
The Person
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Good organisational skills
* Forward thinking and ability to use initiative, knowing when to ask for support and advice
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work under pressure to a high standard with good attention to detail
