Credit Controller Job in Hedge End, Hampshire
Job Description
Joining an award-winning, established company, you will work as the Credit Controller within a friendly Finance Team. Duties will include chasing outstanding debts by telephone and e-mail; building strong, professional relationships with long-term customers. You will issue customer statements and reach out to debtors proactively, escalating as needed, update account information and records, carry out credit checks and negotiate payment plans. You will allocate receipts from the bank to invoices and ensure all invoicing requirements are adhered to, as well as assisting with improving processes within the Finance Department.
You should have previous experience undertaking credit control duties, and be confident communicating with clients via telephone and email.
