Job Description
Portfolio Credit Control are currently supporting a well-established Manufacturing firm looking for an ambitious individual to join their vibrant office as a Credit Controller. The business has seen continued growth and are focused on encouraging their employees to grow within themselves and the business with endless opportunities on offer. This position would suit someone who has the desire to succeed and develop themself in to a more senior credit controller. Main Responsibilities/Duties:

Taking proactive role in managing and collecting debts
Sending statements and standard chasing letters by email/phone.
Maintenance of company's cash forecast spreadsheet.
Inputting of invoices/applications onto accounts system
Referring accounts legal for problematic clients

Candidate Requirements:

Knowledge of the accounting principles (These include CIS Scheme, DRC rules, VAT rates, Retentions, Discounts, Applications, and cumulative payments).
Competence in Microsoft Office products and accounting software.
