Get Staff Recruitment are delighted to be working with a thriving and rapidly growing business, who are looking to add a Credit Controller to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accountancy professional to build upon their knowledge, working for a company with excellent training procedures and a thriving reputation in the marketplace.

The hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 9:00-5:30.

Please note the role will be based fully remotely, and requires the successful candidate to be fluent in Dutch, German & English.

Duties to be performed in the role will include:

* Chasing clients for payment

* Ensuring all online business is actioned as quickly as possible

* Managing an active ledger

* Processing credit card payments as needed and update customer payment card details as necessary

* Reaching out to customers via phone calls or emails regarding past due accounts in accordance with the aged debt collection policy

* Taking responsibility for monitoring the resolution of customer disputes, ensuring customer concerns are acted upon timely and correctly

* Communicating with customers and internal teams for enquiries including but not limited to payment information, invoice questions and account balances

* Answering general queries

* Assisting with the monthly commission payment calculations, and working with field personnel to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payouts

* General administration
