My client in Bracknell is recruiting for both Part Time and Full Time Credit Controllers on temporary contracts. The client is able to offer both flexible hours and hybrid working for the successful candidate

Description

Achieve overdue recovery targets through a pro-active, structured and methodical approach
Contact business customers/clients by phone, email, or mail regarding their accounts and being responsible for ensuring the collection of past due accounts
Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of past due balances
Ensure barriers to payment are quickly identified and mediated
Develop and maintain a successful partnership with customers, sales and other office teams
Manage stopped accounts up to litigation
Maintain accurate credit files and collection files
Reconciliation and resolution of complex accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales force and leasing/credit partners
Maintain constant up-to-date CRM information
Identify and action continuous improvementProfile

3-5 years' experience in the role
Strong Excel and reporting
Organized with strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills required
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
Knowledge of CRM management, previous experience with (url removed) is a plus
Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities – SAP is highly desirableJob Offer
