A fantastic opportunity to join a well established business who are recruiting for a Credit Control Clerk on a permanent basis.
Description
As a Credit Control Clerk you will be reporting into the Credit Manager.
Duties will include, however aren't limited too; resolving queries, chasing overdue queries internally to resolution,escalating issues when payments haven't been made, review and recommend litigation action where necessary, reviewing bad debt write – off requests, chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email and ad hoc duties as requested.
Profile
Knowledge of working in a similar role previously – Essential
Knowledge of working in a high volume environment – Essential
Previous knowledge of cash collection – Essential
Strong IT skills, particularly Excel – Excel Job Offer
