Job Title: Accounts and Office Manager,
Job Type: Permanent, Part Time
Salary: £15-16 per hour (28 hours per week)
Location: Redditch
 
Job Description for Accounts and Office Manager:

Do you want more responsibility in your role? Do you have a broad spectrum of accounts knowledge?
We have the exciting opportunity to recruit for an established company in the centre of Redditch within the quickly growing IT industry. The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in accounts and experience on Sage 50. You will be managing the daily running of the office ensuring all supplies are ordered in a timely manner, supporting with the enrolling of new staff and doing general adhoc admin and duties such as booking hotels, dealing with company cars and assist the director with tasks accordingly.

Duties for Accounts and Office Manager:

Sales/ Purchase Ledger
Generating credit notes as required
Credit Control
Processing expenses such as company car etc
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts payable
Vat Return 
Key skills and attributes of Accounts and Office Manager:

Experience and knowledge of Sage 50
Understanding and experience of a finance assistant
Friendly and approachable
Very Organized
