Job Description
NXTGEN are working with a market leading firm of Accountants to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive at their offices in Cambridge. This specialist Corporate Finance & Advisory firm continue to go from strength to strength and have fast become one of the leaders across East Anglia, winning new clients and business on a regular basis. Therefore the successful candidate for this Corporate Finance Executive role will be joining the firm at an exciting phase of it's growth journey. As Corporate Finance Executive, you will work closely with Senior Managers and Directors on a diverse client portfolio with a real range of assignments. Within the role there will be an opportunity to support with tasks including; Forensic Accounting, raising Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, MBO's and deals, working both buyer and seller side.

The successful candidate will ideally be a recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with prior experience gained in an accountancy firms. Candidates looking to move from either Audit and Accounts will be considered for the role with training provided on the intricacies of Corporate Finance. An analytical and commercial mind combined with good Excel skills will be key to succeeding in this role. This is a very fast paced role with fantastic progression and development available to the right candidate
