Job Description
Contract Payroll Administrator
This is a short term contract for up to three months with an immediate start.
The successful candidate will be a team player with positive behaviours aligned with our vision and guiding principles.
Role accountabilities are:
Supporting the lead payroll administrator with all aspects of payroll inputs and preparations.
Timely and accurate processing of the monthly and bi-weekly payroll inputs.
Calculating, paying and monitoring all pay elements including overtime, bonuses, allowances and deductions.
Liaising with HR, employees and line managers to resolve queries.
Correctly operating deductions for court orders and CSA payments and ensuring payments are made to the relevant authorities once a month.
Preparing pension information for submission via portal to calculate pension deductions due and applying deductions to employees’ pay.
Issuing the final payroll to the lead payroll administrator and finance manager for review, authorisation and payment.
Filing online payment submissions with HMRC.
Passing auto enrolment correspondence to HR for issue to employees
