Job Description
We're recruiting for a Contact Centre Manager in Rainham
There is hybrid working 4 days in office with free parking on-site.
Knowledge of motor insurance experience, 2-3 years' experience in similar role, motivator, QA understanding, conduct meaningful, 1:1s with team members. Will be managing a team of 7 agents, 2 team leaders and a training/performance manager.
Focuses include: Team management, customer service, renewals, sales activity (must be able to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities), continuous service improvement Team communicates to customers across telephone, chat and emails. Needs to build experts and enhance skills within the team
