Commercial Finance Analyst, Slough, Berkshire, hybrid working (circa 1-2 days in office)
£42- £46kpa plus bonus and benefits
Our client, an iconic brand with a brilliant reputation is looking to add a Commercial Finance Analyst to the business on a permanent basis. The FP&A planning team plays a key role in providing information and support for the navigation of the business as well as key business decisions, through accurate and insightful planning processes.
Reporting into the Head of FP&A Planning, this role provides decision support and analysis to support the Commercial planning inputs and to ensure that the required outputs are delivered from the various planning processes.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team is fully aligned with the commercial, and commercial finance teams to ensure reporting and planning is delivered / implemented in a timely and accurate manner and meeting business needs. You will have ownership of planning information in the relevant systems.
You will be responsible for the ownership and development of commercial reporting tools.
You will also be responsible for providing decision support to various business partners.
The successful candidate will be part (or fully) qualified CIMA or ACCA and have demonstrable analytical experience. The employee retention rate in the business is very strong, with many senior leaders progressing from very similar roles.
