Job Description
Time Appointments are working on behalf of a leading insurance company based in Colchester. Our client is looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join their dynamic and successful team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Controlling the renewal process for your clients
* Gather information from clients and prospects using superb communication skills.
* Day to day client service, answering queries received directly from clients and insurers, communicating by voice as well as email
* Maintain and grow your pipeline of current and forecasted clients
* Able to give an outstanding customer service when dealing with new and current queries
Skills & Experience Required:
* At least 2-3 years of previous insurance broker experience (Commercial preferred)
* Driving licence to visit potential clients.
* Strong knowledge of the general insurance products, services, classes of insurance.
* Ability to generate new business and have excellent drive
